Timing: Music Choice "13 Days of Giveaways" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") commences at 12:01AM (ET) on Friday, December 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM (ET) on Wednesday, December 13, 2023
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States of America (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required.
Prizes: The Prize(s) to be awarded from each day's Eligible Entries are set forth below (each a "Prize"). Sponsor is not responsible if the potential Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept the Prize. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each of the Prizes is also set forth below. Any difference between the ARV for a Prize and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. No other substitution, transfer or cash equivalent permitted. Sponsor reserves the right not to award a Prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of Eligible Entries were received on any particular day during the Entry Period.
