if your roku is last years model, not to much but if your like me and had a roku 2019, then a lot. faster cpu, more ram, and other stuffs.
but in reality, the new rokus come with more bloat ware and is a tad bit slower than the older ones. but im talking about 5 more seconds on boot up and 2-3 more seconds changing from one screen to another.

It was $66.99 when I posted, must've changed since. I even ordered one for myself. Already shipped and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.

This is a good buy if you have the Roku Ultra prior to the 2021 model or you are upgrading from a roku stick or models below. If you have the 2021 Roku Ultra, the hardware and speed are the same. The difference is you get a rechargeable control with this new one and you can command Roku to sound the control when it's lost or misplaced.

I almost bought one, but decided to wait until Roku releases new models, possibly 2024 models. This Roku still uses the old dual band wifi 5. The ethernet port max download speed is only 100mbps. In other words, the hardware is dated and is in need of a refresh, in my opinion. Otherwise, I enjoy using Roku on my TV.

This is the same exact Ultra from 2021 but is just bundled with the always listening remote. I turn that off though because it just destroys the battery life.

The Roku Ultra model is 4802RW (2022 version). It has no problem add wireless headphone. I was able to turn the Panasonic 50" Plasma ON/OFF and change TV/wireless headphone volume with the remote. There is no button to change input, no SD card slot. However, I was able to switch from local TV to Roku input3 by pressing HOME button. I wish there is a way to add Bluetooth game controller and Bluetooth speaker. This is probably deal breaker for some.
