As with all Amex offers, make sure you add every single one to your card (if it's at 100), then refresh the Offers page (or logout/login) and see if any new ones pop up.
When you pause your video, it tells you exactly when the commercials will show. Four pauses per hour. It would have been nice for Netflix to break just three times an hour and play longer ads instead.
Sorry I'm talking about TV shows not Movies and and I see these markers....and Netflix often just blows by the pauses. When i start a show which shows three breaks, often I end up getting just one 15 second commercial and that's it.
Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think if you're already at 100 offers and a "big name" offer isn't showing up already, you most likely didn't get it to begin with. I believe AmEx doesn't hide the "big name" offers in favor of random merchants' offers.

I never have to do that. All new offers are at the top (including this Netflix offer) and old ones that I never use gets pushed behind the 100 mark. I've tried in the past to add all but never saw any new offer appear after adding offers. I only see the old offers return back. So, if I'm eligible for any new offer, it'll be in my first 100.

Then why was my new Netflix offer in the middle of the list? I check the list often, probably once or twice a week.

Maybe because it matches your name "randonomous" and got random
Not sure why, most of my new ones are in top 10 and some are in top 20. It's almost never below that.
