Maybe some like it but I swear I hope Patagonia hires some new designers - half of these are so ugly.

I can say this about 95% of clothing companies these days.
I guess its just a trend that makes you buy more stuff every couple months..

It's my biggest gripe with them. Great quality, great company, but 3/4 of their designs are awful

i concur. Against disposable fashion, really bad for environment. I have 2 jackets. One is going on 30 years old, the other is 10 years. The only reason i got the other jacket is that the older design isnt windproof, but otherwise still works well. I am sure that the relatively high price I paid originally in reality is cheap since it is amortized over 30+ years.
