It looks like it is a limit of 1 per promotion.
I just booked a 3 night stay at a Myrtle Beach location for the final week of December.
Cost Breakdown:
Total for 3 nights, with $15/day resort fee: $305 including all taxes
Cashback website offering 10% back : ~ $22 back
$20 cashback Amex offer: $20 back
So, I'll net about $260 total with all taxes and fees, and this will come with a $100 reward certificate.
Thanks OP!
Edit: This reservation is fully refundable. I'll cancel if the weather stinks. I could have also saved about $10/night if I wanted a room without a view.
Also, check Patriots Point SC (near Charleston), for a good deal on a Best Western there.

* An "eligible night stay" for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a night stay at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands, at a rate eligible for earning points, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, a night booked through a tour operator, or a night booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on eligibility criteria at bestwesternrewards.com).
I'd like to use Chase points to book it, but I assume they're considered a travel agency. Just FYI for anyone else considering it.
