I have no experience with Amazon's used warehouse on Cameras, but the price is good. The S5 itself brand new was down to $1k for Black Friday, if I remember right, and checking those lenses, they seem to be between $300 and $500 each, so even if you could get both for $300, getting the S5 for $700 seems good. The S5 is a bit outdated compared to the updated models in AF, it is contrast detect only. S5II is PDAF, so AF should be more reliable in the newer version. S5II seems to have gotten some good video updates, if you're more on the video than photo side. Otherwise, L-mount has some good choices of lenses between Panasonic, Sigma and Leica. I personally just bought a Fuji X-T5 though, since I wanted something a bit smaller and far more pixel dense for the extra "reach" on telephoto shots. But if you're looking for a step into the high-end enthusiast or semi-pro camera space, the S5 is nice. Only real reason I'd recommend to look elsewhere is contrast only AF being the sore spot.

I actually bought one of these at $1,206 (it has been this price for 1 month+). Came without original packaging, but Amazon repacked everything. About 100 power cycles and 600 shutter counts, so still technically new.
(Warehouse camera deals can be a gamble. I have seen a post saying an used a7IV was actually an a6000 with the a7IV strap, so some one made almost $2,000 from return swapping.)
I used the S5 for about 3 weeks, but decided to go with B&H's deal for S5 II. My only complain was indeed AF. I was standing by the side of a highway shooting the mountains in the background, but every time a car passed by, AF would defocus and focus again in maybe one second. At the end, I had to manually focus. S5 II does much better in this sense.
