Second, this is not Office 365 in case anyone was confused. It's Office 2021 Home and Business (a retail product) meant for home business users.
Third, these do not include the 1TB OneDrive that is included in Microsoft 365. This is just apps.
If you don't need cloud storage, and just need apps, and want to take a shot that these keys are legit, I guess $20 isn't a big gamble. This product (legit license) is $250 from Microsoft [microsoft.com]. If you think you get the same thing for $20 then this deal is for you.

I discovered while MSFT does not do eHUP anymore my work license allows me to download up to 5 copies of MS Office on my personal devices as long as I remain employed at my current company.

the "lifetime" keys only pertain to one office version, i e 2021 . we use "lifetime" licenses for clients at my work.
but they are more expensive msrp wise. but with 365 you have to play yearly, 69 msrp, but you get five activations for pc and mobile and one drive storage.
so its up to you. i pay for a google drive and i have an icloud drive, so i dont care about onedrive.
i usually go "lifetime" licenses cause i can find them cheap as in here or use my work account for 365
