Second, this is not Office 365 in case anyone was confused. It's Office 2021 Home and Business (a retail product) meant for home business users.
Third, these do not include the 1TB OneDrive that is included in Microsoft 365. This is just apps.
If you don't need cloud storage, and just need apps, and want to take a shot that these keys are legit, I guess $20 isn't a big gamble. This product (legit license) is $250 from Microsoft [microsoft.com]. If you think you get the same thing for $20 then this deal is for you.

Its online only though. The online Word looks pretty much like regular Word to my amateur view, but it lacks some features of full Desktop Word.
"subs" would be a subscritpion and this is not a subscription.
This is not Microsoft 365.

There's no difference between one of their codes bought through Groupon or a site in Italy, India or Indonesia - except they know Americans are willing to pay significantly more for the same codes. So they rotate short-term "deals" between U.S. media marketplace sites. They push "ACT NOW", "LIFETIME LICENSE" and "EQUAL TO STORE BOUGHT CODES" to get fast sales.
They're all in the same re-purposed re-used off-license category that can be flagged by Microsoft at any future time. They guarantee install (eventually) during the credit-card chargeback period, but they don't guarantee them permanently. We can't go through the marketplace site afterwards for future problems because they state that they are only a financial transaction hub, like eBay.
"It installs" does not equal "it's yours for life", but will likely work for a few years, unless it fails to immediately install. The same with buying keys for Ferrari online. It may work for a year or ten, or not at a all - but you are definitely NOT the life longer owner.
Paying $25 is getting you no better product quality, or authenticity, or product life, than paying $2-$10 on an international site. Groupon is giving you ZERO added authenticity or added value, outside of a 30 day return window, that coincides with your credit card chargeback period.
U.S. based marketplace sites do well selling these global codes because they can charge significantly more for these codes, while offering nothing more in return (except its site brand recognition). Instead, people should pay $2-$10 and donate the extra ($15-$23) to a local charity in their area.
Alternatively, one could purchase a genuine product, sourced directly from Microsoft, via an Authorized dealer/distributor that guarantees that it's yours for life, and unlimited RE-INSTALLS (if de-install, then re-install for a newer computer or updated storage drive).
I'm not saying that buying this category of install codes is bad, but paying ridiculously more for a code purely because one recognizes the U.S.-based Marketplace site is wasteful. You can extended the life of your (temporary) install code by avoiding major upgrades, reinstalling, changing drives, moving to another computer, etc. After your credit card chargeback period, you have ZERO warranty or install guarantee from anyone.
Lastly, the international install-code finding group still gets your name, address, phone, and perhaps more, whether you purchase from Groupon, Stack Social, etc. They request that as part of their agreement so they know who ended up with a code. Use a fake name to avoid personal details being sent to a group located in a non-Western country. No one honestly believes that their purchase details are being given by the global finder to Microsoft? I bet some do! That's so funny.

I discovered while MSFT does not do eHUP anymore my work license allows me to download up to 5 copies of MS Office on my personal devices as long as I remain employed at my current company.
