I think you need to figure the cost per square foot rather than cost per sheet. Select-a-size sheets are obviously smaller than full size sheets.
Not all "Double" rolls are the same size. varies by retailer.

$0.0166666666666667 per sheet at staples.
More annoying as they are only 90 sheets per roll. These used to be standard rolls.

Don't know In Store price at costco but online shows $24.99 making it $0.0176483050847458
for 118 sheets per roll....
If it was $23.60 or less than it's MUCH BETTER from Costco price and convenience of larger roll.

Triple rolls are much better. $0.0171 at BJ's and Walmart
I'm already grateful for the per sheet calculation in the comments. Slickdealers are the best.

Is this cheaper or Costco. I just bought bounty paper towels from Costco yesterday but I don't know what is the conversion rate.

If you spend 50 at target you get 15 back in gift cards, and if you take into account it net costs 35 then target has much better deal for two packs

I just did the math it's $1 difference to buy three of them at Staples free delivery rather than having to go to Target. I loaded three into my Target app and it came out to $71 and some change subtracted the $15 and it came out to $56.14 after tax and at Staples it was $57.25 for three of them. So I ordered from Staples just to have the mailman do the work for me rather than having to drive up carrying it into my car or waiting for them to load it into my car and completely avoiding the traffic. The target promotion is really not that much better than what Staples has going on. For the dollar difference and my time effort and energy I ordered from Staples

Triple rolls are better than doubles and take up less space. Delivery is free from Target, too. That said, Staples seems to be better value (in terms of dimensional value), and no gift card to deal with.

Staples for 3 with coupon is $57.21 with tax for me. Target when you include the gift card is $51.93 for 3 8 pack of triples which equals the same amount of total sheets. Target is the better deal by $6

You have to add tax to Target, too.. lol. It's very similar in price without needing to deal with gift cards. $51.57 + tax on Target AFTER you factor in the $15 gift card, and $53.97 + tax on Staples without gift card.

I think target price is lower if you are ok with gift card.
At target 3 triple rolls 6 pack is $50.97-$15GC = $35.97=$.0148 per sheet.
At staples one double role 12 pack is $18 = $0.0167 per sheet.
I am sure so many SDs stacked up on target gift cards during TG with 10 to 15% discount. If you use those it's more discount.
Free shipping at target as well.

This thread is for select a size...Everything mentioned is for select a size.
We don't care about the the full size sheets, they are for crappy paper towels, not bounty.

Am I doing the math wrong?
Costco has a better price/square foot?

Costco:
$22.99 + 5% nonmember fee = $24.1395 + $9 2-day delivery = $33.1395 / 1026 Sq Ft. = 0.0322997076 cents per Sq Ft.

Staples:
$19.99 - $2 promo code = $17.99 / 486 = 0.0370164609

Is the auto restock at staples same as amazon ss? Easy to cancel after getting the promo offer? It takes a decent amount off
