I think you need to figure the cost per square foot rather than cost per sheet. Select-a-size sheets are obviously smaller than full size sheets.

Not all "Double" rolls are the same size. varies by retailer.

$0.0166666666666667 per sheet at staples.
More annoying as they are only 90 sheets per roll. These used to be standard rolls.

Don't know In Store price at costco but online shows $24.99 making it $0.0176483050847458
for 118 sheets per roll....
If it was $23.60 or less than it's MUCH BETTER from Costco price and convenience of larger roll.

Triple rolls are much better. $0.0171 at BJ's and Walmart

Isn't Costco only 656 sqft (per Costco next day)? And it retails at $25 at the store when I was there yesterday. So Costco would be:

$25/656 = 0.0381 per sqft

That said I'd probably still buy it from Costco and hope it gets a discount in the next 30 days.

I have at least liked almost every Kirkland brand item I've ever tried and paper towel is not one of them. It's so thin compared to bounty and it doesn't absorb that much water/liquid.

Off topic, but I was pricing paper towels lately and discovered Swedish reusable, washable, but ultimately disposable paper/cellulose towels on Amazon. They're pretty great. Look them up and maybe give them a try.

We were paper towel free for a while, but then I realized one time use heavy duty paper towels are still great for animal messes. But at least we're not tearing through paper towels like we used to.

Costco price that you paid for the KS brand is about 50% cheaper than this one

Thanks for bringing this up. I used auto restock to order 3, and it turned out to be $35.97 plus tax. Any amount more than 3 will trigger a price increase.
