Cheapest maple with a credit card at this time is 2194 carded and 2186 raw I'm coming across. Highest buyback price is spot +5 that I'm currently seeing.

AGE and buffalo will always be worth more of a premium in the us. Maple leafs are worth more of a premium in Canada. Just how it is.

Sold my 1 oz RAND gold bar today at a jewelry store in Kansas City for $1995. I found spot - $30 was the best I can get in this metro area. If you have another place to sell closer to spot please do let me know.

I have sold 3 previous ounces for $2k each to a private buyer, the spot price at the time. Selling to private buyers is a bit tough since they'll want to test the gold purity, but coin shops don't let you use the testers to do that. Coin/jewelry shops are safer but you're not going to get spot price in my experience. Would love to hear how to do this better.

It's so tragic that my new credit card I'd love to put these on to hit the $6k minimum spend requirement (for $750 cash back) doesn't arrive till tomorrow. 😢

Not my coin dealer. Last time I bring Pamp bar and American Eagle coin, he bought them for same price. He told me they're all gold and advised me to do not pay premium price just because of the name or the shape unless purchasing for collections.

Local coin shops. But the thing is, I don't believe it's worth the leg work to try and sell. Currently spot is 2025. Best price on this is about 2030-2035 that I can see. So
You're down about 40 from the start. With cash back you got another 42. Not worth the potential shift in the last two days. But great if you buy and hold as it's cheaper than anywhere else.
