try accessing it using tor browser or install any new browser (chromium if you use firefox or vice versa) and try to access again or wipe your cookies out....with tor you'd have a new ip so might see it. Or a vpn but tor browser is free.

If you want a T-Mobile MVNO you are better off doing the current Mint Mobile promotion instead: 15GB/month for 3 months + 3 months free for $60. Works out to $10/month, locks in the price for longer and gives 50% more data.

No, you can make a call or text to those countries while your phone is in USA. Don't confuse with oversea roaming like Google Fi.
