This is All-Clad's official factory outlet, and they do random sales for short periods of time and have a sale back on now and will END in 4-days. Sometimes they have codes for additional discount/ free-shipping (otherwise $9.95 flat). They usually sell 2 quality of items - (1) Damaged Packaging or (2) Factory Seconds which is discussed here but is usually minor imperfections that don't affect the use. https://homeandcooksale
Yes they are expensive, yes you can sometimes get better deals on Macy's/ Nordstrom/ Costco/ etc. However, if you have a cook who loves and swears by All-Clad, the timing of this sale could be good for holiday gifts (they usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive after order). I would only consider a good deal at this store to be if the item is 50% off or more. SLICK would usually be 60% or more plus a 10% off with free shipping code.
A decent deal right now is this BD5 (bonded stainless steel) 12-inch frying pan with lid at 69% off for $80 (before coupon) and only having damaged packaging (no damage to the pan):
