I'd get another to replace a slight stick drift in one of my remotes, but there is likely a new version being released next year that I'd recommend everyone hold out for.

It's also a bit sketchy trying to get the right item sent to you. For Newegg sales through the TikTok shop, Newegg will not allow you to get a replacement (only refund). They said it had something to do with TikTok, but that doesn't make sense to me because they could easily just send me a prepaid shipping label for the old one and then mail out the correct one. They have my address info already. The base level CS reps will tell you they can do a return and that's it. And when you ask for a higher level rep/supervisor, they will tell you that they won't be able to help you either.
When I finally did get to talking with a supervisor, he understood the issue and offered a solution. He had me return the old one for full refund, then repurchase directly on the Newegg website. After I let him know the order number, he credited the difference from what I paid on TikTok.
So in the end, I did get it resolved and appreciate them finally making it right. But a warning to others that the regular CS reps will not help if there's an issue (only offer a refund) and will gaslight you, attempting to keep you from talking with a supervisor.
