I think the offer is till 12/24 at the CB site. But the max cash back is $30 till 12/16. Between 12/17-12/24 you can do 3 more transactions for$90 more at Staples but the sad thing is the no fee offer for Visa expires 12/16

Hmm....I did not get any instant or other notification. Do you see $30 posted or pending in your account? FAQ:

It may take up to 7 days for Staples Cash Back to be added to your account. We'll update your account once Staples confirms Cash Back on your order.

I got the email immediately with subject "In-store cashback Update." A couple hours later, I got another email confirming the $30 cashback. Cashback has already been added to my balance (vs pending).

Make sure your card is enabled for in-store offers and has been "linked" to Staples. The "link" does expire after you redeem the offer the first time, so I had to re-link it in case I want to try future redemptions before it expires.

Lame. Yeah, I had offer linked and card was enabled before I went to store. Emailed them, but don't expect immediate response due to holiday surge in requests.

Anyone been burned with these? I know with Home Depot cards you have to use them within a short time or someone will steal the money on them.

Register your card immediately, change your pin.Then use the card AsAP. I use them to pay my water and electricity in 6 months advanve

Kudos to you for this tip. Didn't even know my water company processes cc/debit via third party without any fee. Emptied my cards by overpaying. Hopefully, they still won't deduct checking account via autopay. LOL.

Is your $30 CB intact? They pulled out my $30 with no explanation. I'm assuming it was due to gift card exclusion in the terms.
