Hopefully, your order confirmation detailed the promos you'll receive. I'm aware some folks didn't have the Xbox confirmed on their order detail. I found out that Verizon was apparently fixated with east coast time in terms of when the promo ended. So, folks that ordered on the west coast are likely experiencing issues if they ordered past 9pm local time. They gave me a hard time, as I ordered just after 11pm Central. So, in their eyes, I ordered after midnight. They did agree to manually push it through, but it took some frustrating phone calls. If the 5g service sucked, then I would agree it's not worth the hassle. However, I'm very pleasantly surprised by what I'm experiencing in my use case. The cost of what I'm getting in the 5g Plus beats the heck, in cost and quality of connection, out of the previous vendor I had.

im sure it's 60 days of service. I got a 200 dollar home depot gift card when I signed up and it took 60 days of service before I was eligible. There's a page you can access from a web browser if you login to your home account (different from the wireless login - same login just different page)

So this is an extra $50 vzw gc & $50 Xbox gc better than cyber Monday? Maybe worth canceling and re-ordering, install not set until mid-January.
