Signed up for 5g. The email referenced both the xbox and amazon gift card but not the $100 verizon gift card, called and they stated that one takes a few days for some reason. Ended up getting a series X so I'm happy either way.

Log onto the Verizon website and it pops up on the bottom! Says if no Xbox an inventory is available then they will upgrade you to an Xbox x for free!

You need to cancel and set new "install" at least a day apart so you'll have a day of downtime. I cancelled service under my wife's name and started service under my own to qualify for the past promotion years back.

JUST signed up for brand new gigabit service 10 days ago under the black friday deal. This seems unfair. Anyone have a path forward to getting the Xbox and Verizon card? We got $200 amazon and that's it. No other addons. This is a MUCH better deal to the point I feel like trying to cancel and sign back up.
