I just started the 300mbps plan on Nov 30th with a 2-year price guarantee and 50$ amazon card. Tried calling customer care to see if they could add these additional benefits, and they won't. The only option is to cancel and start a new service.

I noticed the Amazon gift card box disappears and reappears from the account overview page next to the Xbox box. Just refresh and let it load. Doesn't change the fact that once u get in, it's still greyed out.

Is this still available? The promo page at Verizon still shows all the offers listed, but after I verify availability and add the 1-gig service to cart, the price jumps up to $99 + $28 for the router and except for the free installation there is no mention in the cart of any of the sign-up bonuses.

According to the terms you have to have service active for at least 45 days before receiving the Verizon gift card.

Just picked up our XBox X 1TB from the Verizon store. The employees didn't even know about the deal and asked "did you get a good deal on the Xbox?" and I said, "yea, it was free!".

Amazon card and echo show up but grayed out...cannot proceed further...already redeem xbox and picked it up? Any idea how to redeem Amazon card...also how to redeem Verizon card...no where it is seen?
