Had the Cyber Monday deal. Delivered and installed/activated. Amazon GC came through. Email came through for Xbox redeem. Buuuuuut... Several chats later Verizon insists I can't redeem until AFTER 60 days of service. I gave up, canceled and giving up on Verizon entirely.

That is unfortunate and doesn't make sense. Some Verizon employees must have problems with reading comprehension. If they try that nonsense with me I will gladly show them my screenshots of the terms and conditions specifically stating "redeem w/in 60 days"!

I am kind of curious about that, too. As on the Verizon site this says it ends the 13th.
I forgot to order on the 9th for the Home 5G Plus/Xbox "S" promo..and here it is the 12th already.
I know that it'll probably cost me 20 to $30/mo for 5G Plus Package when I qualify for the ACP.
Just got to make sure that I don't forget to go to CB site before I finalize my purchase on Verizon site so that I get $25 for New 5G Home customer.

Do we know for sure that the 14th is new promo for Verizon on this?

Just activated service, was immediately able to claim the XBOX offer and was automatically upgraded to the X.

My service started on Monday and I was able to claim the $200 Amazon GC. Already claimed the Xbox Series X, even though it was a Series S when I originally signed up. $50 in Xbox GC comes in Jan, and $150 in Verizon GC comes in Feb.

I was going to cancel my service and sign up under my wife's name. I went to chat and asked to cancel, said service was too expensive. The rep offered me $15 off my current plan, the 300 mb plan for $49.99, bringing it down to $34.99 per month plus a $200 Verizon gift card. It's only a discount for a year, but this offer works for me and I'll try again next year after the discount expires.

I had to push for the Verizon gift card, but it was worth it.

Is your 5ghome plus or fios....as u are getting 150verizon card instaed of standard 100 and also 50 Xbox gift card which is not mentioned anywhere in this deal- did you do any special thing ...pls help so we can try with Verizon chat to provide us as well...it just that there is no reference on their website

The $50 XBox game card was from selecting "gaming" in the section, but it doesn't cost extra. The person I chatted with gave me the extra $50 gc, not sure why. This was all setup through a chat.

Just received my 5g home internet gateway and activated. Setup is a breeze. Getting between 265-317 mbps down and 22-25 mbps up. Decent speeds but gonna cancel after 6 months and stay with Comcast.

How are you able to claim Amazon GC? It is grayed out for me
