To summarize for anyone new:

1. Xbox offer is being upgraded to series x but YMMV (it was automatically upgraded for me after I placed an order for 5G+ on Dec 8)

2. Amazon offer should be fixed (greyed out) by tomorrow December 13 (I'll confirm on my end but if anyone else can confirm that would be great)

3. I haven't received an email or tile for $100 Verizon gift card offer. Anyone have any insight on this?

Amazon offer is now working- but it's not going to Blackhawk site ...it is coming now as rebate claim....and rebate center status says 2 days to process....wierd thing is now I see select option enabled only for Amazon 200$ card and echo is still grayed out.... also looks like other 100$ verizon is to be claimed in rebatecenter

Site never updated. If I go to orders I see the Xbox but the status never changed since I initially did the claim. It did arrive yesterday though (tues). I hope you get a surprise package today or tomorrow. There was a point I kept telling myself I should have just selected store pickup.

Edit to Add: No update/shipping email. Just the same email you got after ordering and nothing after that.

$200 Amazon GC still isn't working for me. It's no longer grayed out but selecting it doesn't due anything, the page has a spinning wheel as if it's processing but then nothing happens.

Finally redeemed my Amazon GC at around 4AM this morning. Was redirected to the website to enter my info. Should receive it in 24 or so hours.

Same happened to me...just keep moving between pages and come back to redeem page...it will work after some time

I didn't get an email for the Xbox. If you go into the verizon website and look on the right for "redeem Home offers".... The mobile app sucks. Use the actual website.
