The promotion mentions that Verizon maybe will upgrade the Xbox in case it is out of stock, we have offered you a Series S that is in stock in a particular store. I understand that you work schedules interfere, but as the terms and conditions mentions "if it is out of stock", however we do have one available at the particular store, therefore we cannot upgrade it. I'm really sorry, and I understand that you have been a long time in this chat, but we cannot upgrade as one is being offered to you.

Hi there, I placed the order yesterday (13th Dec) around 11:30pm and my installation is scheduled for 21st Dec. when can I expect to redeem the XBox and Amazon GC? Only after installation?
I see some folks here taking about picking up Xbox same day or having it shipped etc., just curious what happens after placing the order.

Only after installation. The Xbox became available for me to order the moment that installation was finished. Amazon GC became available the next day. Verizon and Xbox GCs I have to wait a couple of months.

I placed an order on 12/12 and my order is still on hold. I uploaded my driver license and chatted with the agent, they said I don't need to do anything else. But it's been more than a day now but the site still says on hold.

Finally AMAZON Gift card redeemed and applied to Amazon account....got Xbox on same day of order ( store pickup) ...so only Verizon card left ....shows will get value at end of Jan.....crazy deal....even considering xbox x vale as 300 it's a winning deal even at 80$ per month plan

My order was for my father in law, and I shipped the Xbox to myself. I don't have Verizon Fios in my area, but my father in law did. He just canceled his old one, and I set him up with new service. So pickup wasn't an option for me.
