FYI, the S24 series is supposed to be announced next month. Google Fi should have similar deals on the S24 series, like they did on the S23 at launch. I think the launch S23 deals were even better than the deal listed in this post.

The cheapest is the $20 Flexible Plan (unlimited talk/text, any Data used is $10 per GB, prorated). The taxes & fees usually add another $6-$7 a month. Percentage wise that sounds high, but some of the fees are fixed-amounts per line so they skewed the percentage. Some people in Texas have taxes & fees as high as $10 each month.

I did the Fi pre-release S23 deal in Feb this year. My S23 (with free upgrade to 256GB) was $299.99. So it was better than this deal. Plus the trade-in values at that time was great. I traded in an iPhone11 for $310 which pretty much offset the cost of the S23. My net cost was $27 in sales tax on $299.99, minus the $10 in excess credit.

Nice, it's not "24 monthly credits" for a change. Can I bring my service from Google Voice (likely not from the terms) or a prepaid service like Mint/T-Mobile(prepaid), etc ?

i think this was the exact deal i got during/soon after launch at Fi. full circle.
maybe title needs to incl 120-day svc requirement. that makes it an ok deal for those who cant wait.

" bring/transfer your number to Fi within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email . Numbers ported in must be from carriers that have calling, voice and data services. Fi-to-Fi number transfers are not eligible."
"Remain active and in good standing on the qualifying device for 120 consecutive days. Pausing, changing, or suspending the account will void the promotion."

what is the cheapest monthly service?

Good deal. I was debating this for 399 or Pixel 8 for 399. Ultimately I went for s23+ for 499 with bigger screen and 256GB. That deal is dead, it's now 599. In hindsight I would have gone with s23 with 256, the s23+ turns out to be really heavy.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 made by TSMC is very efficient, battery lasts all day. Ironically the Tensor chip in Pixel made by Samsung(as with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1) are not very good

From the advertisement, the fi plans include connectivity to watches. Can someone verify this please?

So we should hold out for s24 if we're in no hurry? When is s24 coming?

Confirmed, no charge. So if you're paying $10 somewhere else, you can deduct that from Fi monthly to net for comparison.

It is something I wish all carriers offered. First time having an LTE watch because it's no charge

Does anyone actually use Google Fi's plans? Their pricing is terrible.

Thinking of leaving T-Mobile for another service. How are Google Fi and Visible?
