I wish Amazon would remind you about digital credits. Or better yet, never let them expire. I always forget to check them in time, or I happen to get lucky and then it's the last day and it's "use them or lose them!" day....and then I can't decide what to get. Smilie

Watched on 2 tvs, no end to the ads but nothing worked.....Lego fortnite, ign game awards, merry lit disney bundle color purple secret life of pets 2, state farm ad expendables 4 apple tv monarch, a charlie brown christmas over and over oh now new ones what happens later freelance ($5 credit when you buy or rent) reign, boston tea party dawson's creek Under the Boardwalk, Raising Kananen, oh crap I just missed it because my attention span drifted.............................................................starting over its there just be really really patient

So long story short, it was not in the half page rolling top, you have to let it go until it goes into full screen ads and it very shortly after Dawson's Creek, but yeah, Conratulations, you earned a $4 Prime Video credit. PATIENCE

How to get to ads on your Fire TV:

leave focus on the promotion banner - this is the row above the home button and quick access list toolbar (easy way - press HOME and then up once on your remote)
the banner promotions will start quickly cycling through, one every few seconds.
eventually, it will stop on one and cycle through ideas for Alexa prompts to try. wait here for about 5 minutes
now, the advertisements start! it's a full screen screensaver, with various advertisements that cycle about one every 30 seconds. watch closely for the ads from this post!

Thanks OP! This also worked for me. It was a Christmas Vacation screensaver ad, and after I clicked on the M&M video and watched the 15 second video, I received an email within 30 seconds confirming the $4 Prime video credit.

I've come across this sort of thing in the past, but I can't seem to find this one. Is it something that randomly pops up when you let it sit for a while and it goes to scrolling screen saver images?

Yes. It was the third or fourth ad when the screensaver started.

I think some of the previous deals have been for watching something that appears at the top of your Fire TV screen (above the home button, etc, and app links) or clicking on one of the sponsored ads that appears across the screen as you're scrolling down, not on the actual screensaver.

How long does it take for the screesaver to kick in? I think my LG OLED TV screensaver is kicking in before the Firestick does.
