Never does. Lego is never included. What was nice was a certain site had 20% cb on target on BF and CM, I stocked up then.

I mean... This basically has no exclusions in the toy dept other than lego really. Only other exclusions would be like the NECA stuff for collectors. Even includes odd outdoors stuff like skateboards which I wouldn't classify as a toy. And bikes.
