I don't believe the $200 per line deal will return; this is the best offer so far this year. There is a $10 activation fee per line. You can transfer a Google Voice number to qualify for the rebate ($3 cost). It's advisable not to use phones that have been activated on Xfinity Mobile before to avoid dealing with Xfinity Mobile customer service hassle.

Actual porting usually is initiated after you receive the device and "activate" the sim; that needs to be done within 30 days of the order.
Billing cycle usually starts when they have shipped out the device. Your "first month" may therefore be a little less than a month allowing for porting time etc.
