This seams like a good deal for a 4070 rig. Maybe other people don't care but it's a little annoying that a nicely spec'd PC like this doesn't have a single USB C port... Maybe it's just me.

For me I'm more annoyed with the processor being a generation behind.

No, it is not. 14th gen refresh is same gen as 13th gen, just a refresh. Know your facts correctly before jumping to conclusions.
