I bought into one of the refurbished deals around BF and it still has not shown up. I had to reach out to Segway support to get an update as I never got a shipping notification either. Unless their new stock moves faster than refurbished, you are likely cutting it close if this is supposed to be delivered in time for you to gift to someone else.

I have purchased 2 refurbished in the last month for black Friday deals (F25 and F40) - They where ordered separately and the F25 took about a week to show up and F40 took about two. The F40 I had to contact chat support 2x (phone was worthless) and they got everything corrected as they weren't sure why it didn't and the first chat agent wanted to just cancel it but it was too good of a deal so I pushed harder.
