For anyone who would like to remove the permissions you granted for this deal, go here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Then, look for an entry called "gweb-play-points-app"

You can remove the permissions by clicking on the entry, then at the bottom you click on "Delete all connections you have with gweb-play-points-app"

Ok, I chatted with support and rep said that the 40% off requires you to be at gold level for at least 10 days before it will work. This promo is good until 12/31. The trade-in values and current google store discounts are supposed to remain the same until 12/31 so I guess you can wait 10 days and get this deal without losing on any current deals.

yeah just worried to spend on google products, i have p7 and trade-in values are so low compared to last year, samsung has more tradein for pixel lol

Not sure why, but I used the link and selected 40% off the pixel tablet and the existing pixel 8 pro in my cart showed 40% off. Went ahead and bought the pixel 8 pro.

Don't buy phones for trade-in value. Samsung's phones have higher prices and lower discounts compared to Pixels, so giving you a higher trade in just makes it more even. It's how much you end up paying out of pocket when all said and done that matters.

Well, just got my Pixel 8 and I have to say that it was so worth it coming from a Pixel 6a. Just wow!

- Buttery smooth with 120hz setting.
- Beautiful bright display.
- Fingerprint is flawless compared to 6a.
- Face unlock is nice add in well lit areas
- Much snappier
- So much prettier to look at with the curved edges
- Significantly smaller in size even though larger screen

I just can't say enough and just silly at ~$235 after trade and tax.

I already had the 2gb plan but hadn't signed up for play perks/pass. I was gold immediately after signing up but it took 6 days for the system to actual allow me to use it. On the 5th day I did see it in the Perks section of Play.
