For anyone who would like to remove the permissions you granted for this deal, go here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Then, look for an entry called "gweb-play-points-app"

You can remove the permissions by clicking on the entry, then at the bottom you click on "Delete all connections you have with gweb-play-points-app"

Ok, I chatted with support and rep said that the 40% off requires you to be at gold level for at least 10 days before it will work. This promo is good until 12/31. The trade-in values and current google store discounts are supposed to remain the same until 12/31 so I guess you can wait 10 days and get this deal without losing on any current deals.

I signed up a few days ago and as of yesterday, the Google One app said the gold benefit would be available tomorrow. I checked it today and now it's saying "available soon" and that I should be receiving an email when the Gold benefit is ready. Not to be a downer, but seeing everyone else's posts about signing up and still waiting, I'm curious if this is actually going to work.

The worst part is after you get gold, if you try to go to this firebase app page, it will then say you need to wait longer if you just got gold

Redeeming google play gold requires android device? 🤦 ♂️ I signed up for google one from my IPhone and I see the gold benefit now. When I try to redeem it, it asks me to open google play on mobile. Man I am giving up !

FYI its been 4 days for me now since I've activated Gold status on Play Points. I'm still getting the message "This prize is for Gold, Platinum and Diamond members in the US only
If you just recently reached Gold+ level, you will be eligible for this offer in a few days"
