I used Harry and David's for several years to send gifts to friends and family. This year, every delivery contained fruit that was inedible and bruised. When I reached out to customer service, I was put on the proverbial hamster's wheel. Customer service has been outsourced and you're on hold for multiple intervals while they "check things" and you eventually give up because the sun is now rising. Correspondence via email is the same. Multiple scripted answers with no resolution. This is not the Harry and David's of previous years. The quality is substandard and customer service is non existent. I'm out several hundred dollars. If you're considering doing business, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your needs.
