These were $99 a while back. Doing a search on slickdeals can help you verify deal worthiness in the future. With that said, this driver is highly rated by consumer reports. "CR's take: Hands down the highest-rated impact driver of all sizes in our lab tests" Flex also currently has lifetime warranty. The warranty even covers batteries.

I think acmetool still have it for $99. Own about 8-9 of flex tool, very good , solid & powerful, support is fast and responsive. Flex battery platform is a beast, use 3d printed battery adapter to run my Dewalt, makita, & Milwaukee tool. 24v battery performance on 18-20v tool give it more juice & run time.
