Just found a free VPN that has Egypt called Vpn.lat [vpn.lat] works on both IOS and Android.

It worked for me. I wish my main VPN had an Egyptian IP address. The Android app was very janky.

Worked on pc with surfshark. If you can't find a free VPN option and need something cheap you can usually get access to logins on sites like gowd.com where people share credentials for monthly fee like less than 2 bucks a month for VPN and then just cancel before it renews
