Does anyone know, Are the visa gift cards included in this promo? I clicked the link in the weekly ad , then more info, next page shows visa gift cards but I could not confirm the 15 percent discount online on visa gift cards.

You know that Visa giftcards are = Cash and most of the times have a fee let alone a discount! Highly doubt you can get them for discount and/or this 15% discount....
