1) sign into your account.
2) add the item or items you want to buy.
3) add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) proceed to checkout where you are entering your card information.
5) copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito) or just duplicate window.

EDIT:I should elaborate on why I felt moved to put in my two cents - just last week a coworker of mine was asking if anyone wanted various gift cards that she was never going to use (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Panda express, some other things I forget). Turns out she got these from her mother, who is a teacher and got them from students and students' parents. Everyone thinks they know the places where "everyone goes", but they're often wrong.
Too many butter white cookies. No rainbow flake or chocolate flavor.
