I bought one the last time they were $20. I love it! Here's the key: use it for your TV. If you bootleg things like I do it's a lifesaver. It's just super convenient and it's not a large usage. I mainly use it to navigate to a show or movie online via my TV (TV browser, or HDMI laptop to TV). It's essentially a remote, and keeps me from using onscreen keyboard or getting up to play/pause. Ideal use case is this imo. If you need it for a main typing keyboard for regular use I'd probably pass, but for how I use it, it's perfect.
Had one for 5yrs+ .. use it daily with my TV and Plex on an old Dell computer for my media. Fallen off my bed countless times.
I would personally pass on this keyboard.

The key mechanisms are really weak and I had one just as a backup for a media center so never really used it (only like when I needed to reinstall the os and needed function keys or something), and the spacebar broke making the entire keyboard useless.

I don't know. Logitech makes great keyboards but I just wouldn't trust this product. Also they used to be $14.99 when on sale so if you ask me what these are actually worth, it's about 20 bucks.

This is exactly what I use mine for. I've got 3 of them and they're the perfect keyboard sitting on the couch and connecting my TV to my computer.

Heck yeah. Most don't have the track pad. I'd much rather use a mouse normally, but for laptop HDMI to TV the track pad makes all the difference. Catch me dead paying for sports/cable etc...
