Not your fault, and prior to that snafu I had never had a problem either. But I was most pissed about getting the run-around and LIE by the 1st SUPERVISOR, no less! Telling us to call our bank saying it was our bank who caused the issue, and the slowness of getting a supervisor in the gc card dept! et al... (What was really odd was the people I tt before and the Supers themselves first repeatedly saying maybe the promo was over or had met the limit! I had told them ppl on SD were still posting it works for them so no...
