Some Pros of the Heybike:

It is a more well known brand.
The bike is slightly lighter. So easier to carry
It's like $46 cheaper
Thinner tires (and ligheter weight) should make it easier to pedal without charge
Thinner tires may improve storage at home or in vehicles for travel

Some Pros of the Mukkpet:

Bigger battery will probably get you further
Bike rack included for cargo
Bike fenders included for bad weather
Brake light included
Higher weight capacity for cargo or heavier riders
Bigger motor will have a higher top speed
Comes with more accesories
Fatter tires are better for off-road, snow, crappy roads etc

Not that difficult. Get a universal spoke wrench for less than $5...even cheaper on aliexpress if you can wait a month. It's easier on rim brakes but shouldn't be much harder on disc bikes. Check out youtube

It is called truing (making the tires true). Searching for "bicycle tire truing" or "how to true a bicycle tire" will find you plenty of info.

I have the rad rover 6, the fat tire do well in snow if you get snow where you live. It does so well in trails and beach sand. But if you only ride on the road you won't need it.

My fun speculation is they stopped paying Amazon for warehouse space and Amazon is liquidating their stock.

It does seem to suggest that getting warranty service may be difficult.

It's a bit of a gamble. For me, the mukkpet is much more what I am looking for - fat tire all the way for casual riding - at this price the risk is fine for me.

Happens all the time, Amazon sells stuff without authorization from the manufacturer, manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty. I bought some Raybestos (name brand) hubs for my Jeep, Amazon ignored me when I asked them to honor the lifetime warranty. Manufacturer instructions are to file warranty claims through the seller in that case. Mukkpet may not honor the warranty. But at $275 I'll take that risk.

Agreed, warranty seems iffy now. Didn't think to save the listing not showing their unauthorized sellers picture. Would love to know what's happening behind the scenes lol

Yeah, there's almost no chance there is any post-purchase support or service. That's generally a given for random brands like this. As long as people know they should no expect any service, this can be a decent option.

I doubt even if you get any good support if you bought full priced if they'd pull something like this. What if someone got it as a gift full priced? Warranty should not be on the condition of proof of purchase. Any ebike company can come and go anyways so might as well get into the hobby of fixing ebikes as well.
