Did it die or just need cleaned? I've taken mine apart to clean the wheel twice and it works just fine.

Been using mine for six years. Great mouse.

I remembering ordering one of these before to keep in reserve with my other 2 brand new boxed mice and I have no idea where it went. Better order another I guess.

It will suffer from several issues. I had two that had the scroll wheel die. 8 hrs a day. Mine lasted about a year.

Look for the 502 X ..... It doesn't use those failure switches. Fairly new model (not the regular 502)

Great mouse while it works. The scroll wheel click button on works intermittently after 2 years.

I'd opt for G502x if you've got smaller hands. Both are considered to be large but G402 wasn't as comfortable. Otherwise a great product. Started double klick and MMB malfunction after about 4 years (3 of light usage followed by 1 of home office)

Mine is going strong for 3 years. This is best ergonomic mouse I have used. It perfectly fits in hand. G software is not as intrusive as Razer or Asus/ Corsair.

Any recommendations for a big mouse, been a g500 user, on my 3rd now and looking for a replacement, the g502 seems smaller than the g500

Not a good mouse, especially the mousewheel. It has been discontinued years ago, and I guess there's still tons of stock of it left over.

The G502 is much better.

502 drops to $25 or $30 somewhat regularly on SD, I'd wait for that, especially if you ergonomically much prefer a larger mouse like I do.

Logitech is actually very good about honoring their warranties. As opposed to a company like Razer which pretends like they have a warranty but refuses to honor it anymore.
