Quick question to the knowledgeable folks. If connected to Oculus 3 via usb-c, will this charge Oculus? In other words, can I use that as an external battery pack for the Oculus, and how much play time will 10 000 mAh bank add approximately?

I don't have this one but in theory it should be fine. The quest 3's charger is 18watts and this can match it so you'll be able to charge faster than the battery drains. Doing some napkin math, it should offer about 2 times the amount of time you get on the quest 3. A little less probably because of loss of efficiency. But let's just round it to 1.5 and say you get 90 minutes on the quest 3 normally. This should add approximately 135 minutes on top of that giving you a total of 225 minutes, almost 4 hours.

I'm starting to get a pile of dead and useless battery banks. Be aware when you buy bargain products. I actually have Mophie, Belkin and Anker battery banks and they still don't last as long as you would think they should.

it's around 2x the size of the quest 3 battery. So you if you get 2 hours on the quest 3 (for example), this will give you an extra 4 hours. And yes it should charge it

Don't leave those lying around, you are gonna burn your house down. I think Lowe's has battery recycling bins at a lot of their stores.

Got mine in the summer, battery has never ever been empty when I needed extra power. Can never say that about any battery I ever had before.
