Shocking that u could find something 3xs the price that is marginally better than what OP posted.
Just cause it's the same model doesn't make it a direct comparison unless it was the same price or at least CLOSE.
Needless to say do we really need to point out the fact that "gaming" is a term that's been loosely thrown around the tech world for decades?
Just not sure how posting a link to something 3xs the cost with a dedicated gpu is in anyway helpful in a post for something with integrated graphics. Same model or not I'm just not seeing the comparison.

The real deal is the unit with 4070 & 32GB [bestbuy.com] but it's ridiculously priced for what it is. It would be a great deal at mid $1k mark IMHO.

Am excited to have this price adjusted to $800 from $900 b/c now I'm much less likely to keep looking for alternatives (it's still within return period). Had been seeing 2-in-1s with Radeon Vega (and other various specs lower, too), but costing not more than $150 less. Will probably stick with this one now permanently unless some unicorn that's out of this world pops up.
Anyway, what is it about them not including a 3050s or 4050s in these "gaming" 2-in-1s like they used to? Whether in office or "gaming" machines I've been seeing - the 780m is the best I'm able to find under $1k. Everything else is either Radeon Vega or Intel XE based, either of which would be half the graphics performance to this 780. Yet the 780 is no 3050, more like a 1050... Perplexing, since last July I found a similar ROG with a 3050 TI for the same $900.
