As a person who also loves playing the physical game in person with friends....I have the Steam version and only have played it solo (since no one wants to play board games digitally anymore since we all wore that out during the pandemic)

Love the physical game. A lot of posts on the subreddit say the digital version is super fun and relaxing - and the digital Oceana expansion just came out

I have the Steam version and I have to say it's incredibly well made. Relaxing and true to the board game. And this is from someone who has generally not enjoyed digital versions of board games.

The expansion bundles are on sale too ($28 vs $40 MSRP)... are they worth getting?

If you like the game then this would be a welcome change to the mechanics. I haven't played Oceania in mobile yet, but enjoyed the physical version so much that our grp dont want to play the base game anymore

I have the Steam version it works great. I only play solo with the bots. It's really fun. Buying on Switch is tempting, if I'm home I can just stream it to my phone to play though. The physical copy came with a download code FYI. I think I saw it on sale the other day on Slickdeals.

I tried doing that. But it asked me to connect from switch first.
