Thanks for the reminder, my wife's sportsline account was about to expire. I signed up with my email that I used previously and it worked, March 2025 after threatening to cancel. I did have to login to paramount using paramountplus.com/sportsline for paramount plus to work.

If you use the online cancel button and accept the 3 month free extension you will need to call to cancel before it renews in 18 months. If you don't accept the 3 month extension you can cancel online without the phone call.

Just an FYI this is what they responded with.

SportsLine subscribers who pay full price for a subscription are eligible to receive a free 30 day Paramount+ Essential subscription. If you paid a promotional price or are on a free trial, you will not be eligible for a free Paramount+ Essential subscription until you are charged the normal, full amount for your SportsLine subscription. For example, if you paid a reduced price for the first quarter of a quarterly subscription, you won't have access to Paramount+ using your SportsLine subscription until you pay the normal quarterly price of $24.99 the next time you are billed. Once you have paid a full price, go to the Offers page from your My Account page and activate your Paramount+ subscription!

It says 30 days trial for paramount. Are you sure 1 year of paramount is included?
Its not for 1 year of Paramount+ with Show Time included. I bought this mess of a subscription thinking it was and when I was seeing it say register for your 30 day trial after I paid I called them and had a big fight with them until I demanded a refund because they told me. If you pay full price you get the Parament+ and Show Time but, if you use a promo code it is not included. I said ok refund me because nothing says that and they told me, no refunds. I asked for a supervisor and they would not get on the phone and I told them I am not hanging up until they get on the phone because there is nothing saying it was not included. They told me I will get the refund after I had to call back 3 times.

Don't see where it shows the package that has Paramount and SportsLine for a year?
Its because it is not included. Once you put in the promo code the Paramount + disappears on the left side where it shows as included before you put in the code. I had to call SportsLine support after I paid and they told me this.
If you do not pay full subscription price the Paramount is not included and you only get a 30 day trial.

Also they will not give you a refund but in my case I was told I was issued one because I told them, point out where it says if I do not pay full price it is not included and he could not. I was not hanging up until I got a supervisor that would not get on the phone but issued me a refund anyway.

Worst experience ever, 3 calls of yelling at them because it is so misleading

What a mess! Sure seems like they changed the deal and now folks are getting stuck with a subscription to SportsLine that they don't want. Can't believe this is still on the front page of SD.

Qualifying SportsLine members receive a 30-day free trial of Paramount+ Essentials.

This is pretty clear that it's only for "qualifying" members and it's only a 30 day trial of Paramount+ Essentials (which has adds).

If you read other posts of people who signed up for last couple sportsline annual deals it stated also was only a trial but did indeed last all year, myself included. If to many call and complain before verified whether or not you get it for more then one month they might kill the deal. I'd suggest if you don't want to gamble and hope you still get it all year long then don't sign up. It's always stated cbs all access/ paramount+ 30 day free trial or not included with special price even though it was.

It also stated Showtime wasnt included and over half way through my subscription they did indeed add Showtime to my Paramount+ premium.billed through sportsline.com

Do not buy, they just ripped me of for $35
I am fighting with them now on the phone because they are telling me you only get the Paramount+ with Showtime if you pay full price and not if you use this promo code.
They tell me their policy is no refunds and will not refund me.
I had the same issues (actually signed up for 2, accidentally activating a prior subscription and then thinking it wouldn't work since I've used the email for the promo before). Neither email worked.

I was able to fix it by using an incognito window and simply signing in after allowing the browser to access my location. No idea why it worked, but it did (for both accounts 🫤). The link I used was: paramountplus.com/SportsLine

Fyi, I used a different email on Sports line than the email I use for P+. I did this on accident but thank God it worked!

Too many Big brother seasons and it marking which ones I've watched and knowing which episode I'm on.

Is this for the ad-free tier? Not necessarily a deal breaker, just curious.
Adblock plugin for google chrome with the hand eliminates the ads on P+

My paramount plus expires on 1.1.24. Could I still subscribe to sportline and then connect the accounts after 1.1.24?

Sportline renews a year after you signed on. The date is under my account Subscription. P+ will not say anything.
