Thanks for the reminder, my wife's sportsline account was about to expire. I signed up with my email that I used previously and it worked, March 2025 after threatening to cancel. I did have to login to paramount using paramountplus.com/sportsline for paramount plus to work.

If you use the online cancel button and accept the 3 month free extension you will need to call to cancel before it renews in 18 months. If you don't accept the 3 month extension you can cancel online without the phone call.

So if you already have an existing paramount plus essential account then you can't link them? If it's possible can someone kindly show me how? I made a mistake using the email of the existing paramount plus account (not premium) to sign up for Sportsline and can't figure it out Frown TIA

You'll have to cancel the subscription on the existing essentials one then try to activate the new one using paramountplus.com/sportsline

The deal is over. When you click get deal or click this link "here" there's only 2 deals shown on sport line. none of which show Paramount + for a year. Only Paramount+ relation is a 30 day trial
You waited and lurked for more than 6 years to make your first post and it is not even a valid post?

This link tells you basically if you have sportsline you get Showtime and Paramount+ full

So quick question, once I get that free 1 month extention, can I cancel the sub and still keep everything I paid for, meaning P+, until 2025?

I'm asking because sportsline is worthless to me, and I don't want to get to 2025, forget I have it, and have it auto billed at $99.

Yes, but the website mentions paramount+ premiere then paramount+ essentials for new sportsline members. It's confusing. I went through with it because it's only 35 bucks. It shows I have paramount+ but doesn't say what package I have on either account. Only time will tell if it's truly premiere.

I think they shut down that loophole. Lol. It reads:
"To receive 3 months extra, attempt to cancel your Sportsline subscription and you will be prompted to extend your account for free. Only one free extension per user. Do not fully cancel your Sportsline subscription as that will end your benefits including Paramount+ immediately."

Yes no expert, which is why the post following yours corrected you.

Thanks for attempting to mark a non-expired deal as expired.

Here's a little advice. Perhaps if you are not sure, next time you may want to phrase the post as "Is this deal over?" as opposed to "The deal is over."

If you have Showtime also then should be good to go.
With you on the confusion part when you have Sportsline saying one thing and Paramount another.. but as long as Paramount's site says its covered, i think it should ok.

I was editing the comment. I meant it as a question. I'm using text to speech. As you can see my other posts I was unclear about the deal. sportsline site
Mentions paramount + in two tiers which is misleading.

Does the $35 deal include Showtime? It's not listed in the original post, but I've seen some people mention Showtime in the thread. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!
