bad quality...warped pictures. Horrible customer service. Had to dispute my credit card charges with the a'holes.

Wouldn't recommend printing anything that requires natural skin tone from them, colors can be quite off; shipping is another risk they use the bottom tier DHL and don't wrap their product very well; lastly be prepared to store it in the garage for weeks before actual use to get rid of the odor

Its not easy running a large format print store, but, for large prints, one is usually dealing with better image quality files, and usually more experienced image makers, that know color well. So looks like their quality and color calibration needs to get better, based on some comments.

I do large format printing myself, and color profiles are the most important thing. So making a strict file type color profile and having customers use that with a limited color space helps get the colors in the right range. Otherwise, conversions, and large gamuts create wide issues.

Depends on the printers also, and what inks are being run.
