Our current one won't die just yet, it's a fighter, but it's starting to make noise, will make ice regardless of water level (it makes tiny contact lens size ice if low), and the lid falls off lol.
Even though it works, this is a good enough price to keep it as a backup until the other one finally stops working.
Our fridge has the ability to make ice, but we prefer these ice machines because we can easily use water that's gone through our Berkey filter first. ✌️

Yeah maybe a year. I don't want to be on Walmarts lucrative return list so might go in store and pay cash and keep receipt on this one if possible.

I actively avoid them, they are the first thing to break. I do not need the headache. Service call is twice what type thing costs. Goes on a mini fridge and you still come out on top.
