Yeah this doesn't make sense it's available locally to me in FL and still says $219 lol. Called and asked and they said no it's not on sale/discounted. Edit - checked other areas out of state for curiosity as traveling right now and same, still $219.

Yea, $219 here in So. Cal. We rarely get these Home Depot deals here from what I see. And the occasional deal like this that does appear is sold out instantly

Price aside, is this a good fridge? I mean, sure it's maked down off the - inflated? - list price but that doesn't mean FA.

For example, it looks like it's not EnergyStar rated, but the HD page does seem to have an estimate on electricity usage cost per year.

It's you average run-of-the-mill China freezer...they're all pretty much the same. This one is the lowest priced at the moment though. I wouldn't matter too much about an energy star rating or usage.....these manual defrost freezers don't really draw too much power.
