One state is included. State e-file is $20.

Looking back I did buy on 03/15/2023 the 2022 version for $15 + tax for the Deluxe only. I don't need the state... So, I'm willing to wait a bit more in the hopes of a better deal.

From their website:

"File with H&R Block Online Deluxe (if you have no expenses) or H&R Block Online Premium (if you have expenses)."

When I had a side business I went with the Premium version. I definitely had expenses.
What you have there is for the online edition. Standalone Deluxe does business income and expenses.

Deluxe does rental property. Their and marketing blurbs will try to tell you otherwise don't fall for it.

Does the Deluxe cover Schedule C for single member LLCs (filing as sole prop), including deductions?

I can never get a clear answer for this... best I've heard is that Deluxe does include Schedule C, but Premium (as well as the "Premium + Business") has a better questionnaire to claim the deductions.

If anyone has actually compared both versions and is in a similar situation, would love to hear.
Never had Premium but can attest that Deluxe does business and rental income. Covers every expense and deduction that the IRS gives. All are prompted and have guidance.
