I bought these a few weeks ago and have to say that they are very cheap looking leather shoes. I didn't even bother to take it out of the box. It might be real leather, but it looks just like plastic. If your work environment is business casual, I would not get these shoes. If you only very occasionally wear dress shoes and don't really care how they look, give it a shot. I couldn't tell you how comfortable they are because the cheap looking leather was a deal breaker for me.

Not sure about this exact model shoe, but I have had different Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes over the last 20 years and they are fabulous dress shoes.
