NewEgg sent the WRONG Laptop! The one I received is on the lower end of CPU spec -- Ryzen 5 5600H and Radeon Graphic, instead of the advertised i5-12500H Iris Xe. So it performs about 20% below the i5.
It's funny, every time I received the wrong product, it's on the cheaper end, so NewEgg get to keep
bigger profit margin. They never send me a higher priced premium laptop "accidentally" huh ?
I wonder how many unsuspecting customers have been scammed this way? Esp as a Christmas gifts to someone far away?
