ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except 19 or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) at the time of entry.
Timing: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on December 7, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 23, 2024 ("Submission Period").
Prize : One (1) prize is available to be awarded for the Contest, consisting of a trip for winner and winner's one (1) guest to a Myke Towers concert. Date and location of the concert to be determined, by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, once the winner has been confirmed and Myke Towers tour dates have been published. The trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and winner's one (1) guest (from a major airport nearest winner's home to destination city); double-occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2) nights; ground transportation to and from airport, hotel, and concert venue in the destination city; personnel available to coordinate schedules/provide assistance; and $150.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). At the concert, the winner will have the opportunity to perform either before, during or after Myke Towers' performance in which winner will play their original Song (the Song presented in the winning Video). Winner will also receive $5,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used to further their musical endeavors ("Artist Development Fund"). Winner is solely responsible for the use of the "Artist Development Fund". Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $10,050.00
